1. Sitting at 3-5, Dan won three of his last four games, all wins against the teams directly in front of him for the last two playoff spots.
2. In contrast—and in retrospect—after defeating nait and having won five of his last seven, Chief, then sitting at 5-4 would have only needed one more win to make the playoffs, but instead lost to both 9th place Kevin and last place Khris (Khris’ only victory) before Dan completed his late-season collapse and eliminated him from the playoffs.
3. nait has made the playoffs every season but has been involved in the play-in game the last three seasons.
4. Dan earned his sixth playoff berth in seven seasons but is still waiting for his first playoff series win.
5. Todd earned his sixth playoff berth in seven seasons and his fifth straight.
6. Only one Original Four member will make the Finals, guaranteeing at least one team will make their finals debut.
7. Todd set the season record for least goals allowed with 16, giving him a 1.33 GAA.
8. Todd improved his all-time regular season record to 55-29, now putting him up two games on nait, the first time he’s ever been knocked out of first place.
9. Chris 2.0 set the single season record for save percentage, beating Kevin’s old record of .824 (which Todd tied this year) by posting a better .840.
10. Both Justin and Chris 2.0 broke the previous first season expansion team record of 7-5.
11. Justin finished 5-0 versus the Original Four, but only 2-2 against fellow Geico employees.
12. Joe on the other hand finished 4-1 against fellow Geico employees, but 1-6 against everyone else.
13. Pat was 0-6 at home when picking his side, but 4-2 on the road when his side was picked for him.
14. Kevin posted career worsts in both shooting percentage and save percentage, finishing below .700 for the first time in his career in regards to the latter.
15. Khris posted the least wins for a team that had made the playoffs the previous year.

Pointless post. Even less important playoffs -- Ted will win again.
Nait -- 3rd play-in game? You better call up Denny Rey to train on table hockey with ball bearings or go run the Pennsylvania hills with Andre Reed.
And for the rest of you lousy drunks -- keep drinking, I'll be there soon.
